ScentHub is a market place where one individual makes purchase from other individual, therefore Consumer protection laws do not apply to your purchases from other consumers. More specifically, the right of withdrawal in Chapter 5 of Part 5 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the legal right of conformity under EU laws (as provided for by Section 15 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022) do not apply. However, in certain cases we can accept returns and issue the refund
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Your order fulfilled but not shipped.
If your order is paid and fulfilled but not yet dispatched to you, you may cancel the order after your payment is cleared, usually in 2 business days. You need to contact us with request to cancel the order. We will cancel it and issue the full refund.
2. Your order is shipped.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the package must remain unopened and in its original condition. If you wish to return your order, please do not open the package and send it back to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is untouched and in its original packaging, we will proceed with the order cancellation and issue a refund.
3. You think that product is damaged, not original, or defective
If a customer claims that the product is damaged, not original, or defective, the following conditions must be met for a refund or replacement:

Proof of Issue – The customer must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Inspection – The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact. If applicable, an internal review will be conducted to verify the claim.

Verification Process – If the product is confirmed to be damaged, counterfeit, or defective, a full refund or replacement will be issued. If the claim is unsubstantiated, the refund may be denied.

Return Shipping – Depending on the case, the return shipping cost may be covered by us or the customer.
Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered unless proven to be defective or not as described.
