1. Introduction

Welcome to ScentHub.ie. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our online fragrance sampling store, designed to provide customers with the opportunity to experience high-quality perfume decants and samples before investing in full-size fragrance bottles.

By accessing and purchasing from ScentHub.ie, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service

Description ScentHub.ie provides an online "library" of authentic fragrance samples and decants sourced from genuine, original bottles. Our primary goal is to allow customers to try smaller volumes of exclusive, luxury, and niche perfumes, making fragrance exploration accessible and affordable.

3. Product Authenticity and Decanting

All perfumes sold on ScentHub.ie are authentic, decanted directly from original, brand-manufactured bottles. Decants are clearly labeled with perfume name, brand, and concentration (EDT, EDP, etc.). Decant sizes range typically from 2ml to 10ml, clearly indicated at purchase.

4. Purchases and Payments

Payments must be completed online at the time of purchase using secure payment gateways available on our website. ScentHub.ie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery timelines clearly stated at checkout. Shipping costs and options (tracked or standard) are displayed during checkout.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance sampling, returns for opened products are not accepted. However, if the product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund upon review of your case.

7. Preorders, Supplier Availability & Alternative Offers

From time to time, certain products may be offered as preorder items, special-order items, limited-availability items, or products sourced through third-party suppliers.

While we make every reasonable effort to fulfil all confirmed preorders, product availability may occasionally change due to supplier stock delays, allocation changes, discontinuation, import delays, or temporary unavailability outside of our direct control.

If a preorder item becomes temporarily unavailable or cannot be supplied within the expected timeframe, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and offer one or more of the following options:

1. Full Refund
The customer may choose to cancel the preorder and receive a full refund to the original payment method. Where appropriate, we may also offer a complimentary gift, sample set, discovery set, or other goodwill gesture. Any such gift is offered at our discretion and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

2. Wait for Restock
Where a restock is expected, the customer may choose to keep the preorder active until the item becomes available. Estimated restock dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

3. Alternative Product Offer
We may offer the customer an alternative product of similar fragrance profile, category, value, or luxury positioning. This may include an upgrade offer, a larger bottle size, or a special discounted replacement product.

Any alternative product offer is optional. The customer is under no obligation to accept it. If the alternative product is priced higher than the original preorder, the customer will be clearly informed of the additional amount payable before any charge is made.

4. Limited-Time Alternative Offers
Certain replacement or upgrade offers may be available for a limited period only and may be subject to stock availability. If a customer does not accept the offer within the stated timeframe, the offer may expire and no longer be available. The customer will still retain the right to request a refund where the original preorder cannot be fulfilled.

5. No Automatic Substitution
We will not automatically replace a preorder item with another product without the customer’s prior agreement. Any substitution, upgrade, or alternative fulfilment option must be confirmed by the customer before dispatch.

6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this section affects the customer’s statutory consumer rights, including the right to cancel where goods cannot be supplied, are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, or where applicable consumer protection law provides a right to refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, logos, and trademarks displayed on ScentHub.ie remain the intellectual property of ScentHub.ie and its licensors. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Customer privacy is vital to us. We securely store your personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and enhancing your shopping experience. 10. User Conduct

Customers must use our site responsibly. Any misuse of our website, fraudulent activities, or attempts to disrupt our operations will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

ScentHub.ie is not liable for any allergies, sensitivities, or reactions resulting from the use of fragrance samples provided. It is the customer's responsibility to test fragrances carefully and discontinue use immediately if any irritation occurs.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of ScentHub.ie after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
