Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ScentHub! Below is our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth and transparent experience.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Ireland via AnPost Tracked

  • Some EU counties via UPS international or An Post 

  • UK via Royal Mail 48 Tracked

​

Orders sent to Ireland and EU shipped from our Ireland based stock, items addressed to UK shipped from Northern Ireland

​

Weight Restrictions

  • Currently there are limitations on the single parcel weights shipped from our warehouse

  • To Ireland up to 10kg

  • To UK up to 2kg

  • ​To EU up to 1kg

Order Processing & Shipping Information

  • Order Processing:

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • In-Stock Items (Ireland-based):

Products available from our Ireland-based stock are dispatched the next business day via AnPost tracked service.
Please note: We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

  • Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items:

Items marked as pre-order or currently out of stock are delivered to us weekly from our suppliers. Once received, your order will be processed, packed, and dispatched the next business day via AnPost tracked delivery.

Delivery Timeframe:
Estimated delivery time for pre-order items is typically 5–7 days.
In rare cases, it may take up to 10 days due to supplier delays.

  •  Our Promise:

If your order takes longer than 10 days, we’ll include three free 3 x 5 ml perfume samples with your delivery as a thank-you for your patience.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product quantities.

  • IRELAND - 1 item - 6.50€, 2 items - 5€, 3+ items - FREE 

  • UK - 1 item - 4.30€, 2 items - 2€, 3+ items - FREE

  • POLAND, HUNGARY, CZECH REPUBLIC: 1 item - 16€, 2 items - 12€, 3 items - 9€, 4items - €5, 4+ items - FREE

  • SWEDEN, ESTONIA, LITHUANIA, LATVIA - 1 item - 15€, 2 items - 10€, 3 items - 7€, 4items - €3, 4+ items - FREE

  • FRANCE: 1 item - 15€, 2 items - 11€, 3 items - 8€, 4items - €5, 4+ items - FREE

  • GERMANY: 1 item - 13€, 2 items - 8€, 3 items - 5€,  3+ items - FREE

Order Tracking & Fulfilment Status

  • Orders from Ireland-Based Stock:

Once your order is processed and dispatched, it will be marked as “Fulfilled and Shipped” in your account.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel ships.

  • Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items:

When your item dispatched  from our supplier, your order status will update to “Fulfilled”.  When it arrives to Ireland  it will be processed and dispatched to you the next working day. Tracking number will be updated and  you will receive confirmation email
At that point, your tracking number will be added and emailed to you automatically.

 

You can track your parcel at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Customs and Duties

  • For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees or duties apply.
