Here’s how we do it:

Perfume Decants – Try Before You Buy

Our first passion is selling perfume decants – small samples poured from original full-size bottles. This means you can explore high-end fragrances without the big commitment of buying a whole bottle upfront. Every decant is authentically sourced (we decant directly from genuine brand bottles) and carefully labeled, so you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s a perfect way to discover your next signature scent in an affordable, risk-free manner. In fact, trying smaller volumes first makes fragrance exploration both accessible and fun!

Authentic Samples

We hand-decant each fragrance from the original bottle, ensuring you experience the true scent exactly as the perfumer intended (no knock-offs, ever). This gives you the freedom to test as many scents as you wish without the risk of blind-buying an expensive bottle

We also create display sets with curated decant collections for barbershops, beauty salons, and other boutique businesses. This means you can offer your clients a range of fragrances to try in-store. All such decant sets are supplied from our stock in Ireland, ensuring fast restocks and consistent supply. It’s a great way for our business partners to elevate customer experience with minimal investment.

Because we keep our decant stock in Ireland (Dundalk), your orders ship quickly (no long waits or customs hassles for Irish and UK customers). We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, so that new scent you’re excited about will be in your hands in no time. And yes, we ship to the UK from our Northern Ireland stock with no extra charges or duties, using fast Royal Mail services (48-hour tracked) as noted in our FAQ

Fragrance “Hub” – Wholesale Access for Everyone

The second part of ScentHub lives up to the “hub” name – it’s our wholesale access and consolidation service. Normally, the general public can’t buy perfumes at wholesale prices or access the enormous variety that retailers can. ScentHub changes that. We work with multiple suppliers across the EU, giving us access to thousands of fragrance products beyond what’s on our immediate shelves. Through us, you can order those perfumes at significantly lower costs – very close to wholesale prices – in exchange for a bit of patience on delivery.

Here’s how our Fragrance Hub service works and why it’s great news for you:

Vast Selection

Because of our EU supplier network, if there’s a perfume (or even a gift set or a hard-to-find niche item) you want, chances are we can get it for you. We’re not limited to what’s in a local warehouse – our virtual “aisles” span countless brands and rare finds. This wide product range is possible because we don’t have to purchase and stock everything upfront. Think of it as having a massive library of perfumes on demand.

Consolidation & Savings:

When you place an order through our hub service, we source the item from our partners at distributor-level pricing. We then consolidate orders – essentially gathering several customers’ items together – and ship them in bulk to Ireland. By bringing products in together, we save on shipping and import costs. The result? You pay much less than retail for the same brand-new, genuine product. It’s our way of passing wholesale savings directly to you.

5–7 Day Wait (Worth it!)

Since we’re ordering specifically for you from abroad, there is a short wait involved. Typically, it takes about 5–7 working days for us to receive the product from our EU suppliers, and then we immediately dispatch it to you. This extra wait is the trade-off for the huge discount you’re getting. Our customers find that a few days’ wait is well worth the awesome deal they get on that fragrance they’ve been eyeing.

Effective logistics = Lower Prices:

Unlike traditional retailers, we don’t maintain a large, expensive warehouse in Ireland for these full-bottle products. How the Preorder Process Works

You place and pay for a preorder (this reserves the item for you).
We order it with our supplier and receive dispatch confirmation/tracking.
The parcel travels through the courier network to Ireland.
As soon as it reaches us, we pack it and ship it to you with tracked delivery.

Updates You Can Rely On
You won’t be left guessing. We share key updates (dispatch, tracking, arrival to Ireland when available) and we’re always reachable if you want a quick check-in.

Possible Complications (and How We Handle Them)
Most preorders arrive within the estimated timeframe — but occasionally couriers can cause delays (for example: limited scans, depot backlogs, weather disruption, or parcels temporarily stuck in transit hubs like NL/DE/UK). If tracking pauses or a delivery estimate changes, we don’t wait and hope — we act.

If Something Delays Your Parcel
If there’s a delay, we will:

chase the carrier and escalate the case,
keep you updated with honest timelines (no false promises), and
work with you on a practical solution if you have a deadline (gift/date/travel), such as:
- shipping an in-stock alternative size (with refund of the difference),
- sending a bridge option (samples/decant) while you wait, or
- offering a refund if waiting no longer works for you.
